Selected Publications and Research Grants:

A member of the National Advisory Board for Foreign Languages Teaching, Professor Zhang is currently chairing a National Social Science Fund project and has finished several other important projects, including a MOE Humanities and Social Sciences project, a Sino-US Fulbright Research Scholar project and a project supported by the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University（NCET）. He has published many textbooks for undergraduate and postgraduate students and won several provincial-level awards for excellence in teaching. He has also published dozens of research articles in international and Chinese journals, including Australian Journal of Linguistics, Culture & Psychology, CALL, Modern Foreign Languages, among others.
